Caldwell Law is pleased to announce that Timothy W. Caldwell, Esq., the principal of the firm, will be presenting at a program sponsored by the NH Alzheimer’s Association in partnership with Dartmouth Centers for Health & Aging of New Hampshire at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH, Thursday, April 23, 2009. The presentation, titled “Alzheimer’s Disease, Legal and Financial Issues & Answers” will address the specific issues of family members of people with Alzheimer’s disease in a variety of financial situations and offer information about wills, durable powers of attorney, protection of assets, health care proxies, and what Medicare and Medicaid do and do not cover.
Attorney Caldwell has been concentrating his practice in the areas of estate planning, elder law and estate administration for over ten years. He has prepared and assisted with the administration of hundreds of estate plans for his clients.
Timothy W. Caldwell is the principal of Caldwell Law, Hanover Road Professional Center, Lebanon, NH. Attorney Caldwell has practiced law in New Hampshire and Vermont for over 19 years. Mr. Caldwell is a member of the Grafton County and New Hampshire and Vermont Bar Associations.
Attorney Caldwell is an honors graduate of Dartmouth College and the Georgetown University Law Center. He began his legal career as law clerk to the trial court judges of Windham County (VT) and then spent five (5) years working with Daschbach, Kelly and Cooper in Lebanon, NH.
He also is one of a small number of elder law attorneys in New Hampshire and Vermont who is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (“NAELA”), the leading membership organization for elder law attorneys in the United States. He presents bi-monthly introductory classes on estate planning and has presented to attorneys and financial professionals locally and nationally.
